Phoenix Formula
Take your career to the next level.
For high performers who know they're meant to do more, and can do more than they can say.
That's the articulation gap: the space between what you say you can do and what your stories show you can do. Close it before your next move, not the day before the interview.
Six weeks.
Thirty minutes a week.
You walk out with the answer, and the evidence behind it.

How our last cohort described their gap
I need to figure out and be able to write down what I am really good at.
Putting down on paper what I do is scary for some reason, and that, I think, is a lot of what holds me back.
It's really hard to tell the story of what I've done and accomplished, and for people to see it.
I really want to be able to create the case studies and have people know me for what I'm good at.
I'm finding it challenging to distill my experience into a simple and compelling story that helps people understand what I bring to the table and when they should call me.
Where you are now, and where this puts you
Someone asks what you want next and you go blank.
You've been asked in a review, or in front of leadership, and you had nothing good to say.
You'll have an answer.
A short list of specific roles you could go after, and the reason each one fits you, so you can say it out loud without hedging.
You've only ever done one thing. Or you've done a lot of things, and you're not sure.
Either way, you can't see what else you'd be good at.
You'll see what carries over.
Which of your skills travel to other roles, other teams, other industries, and which ones don't.
You know you've been killing it. You just can't say it.
It's obvious to you and invisible to everyone deciding about you.
You'll have the words, and the proof under them.
Specific things you did, the numbers behind them, and why that matters to the person hiring.
You leave interviews knowing you left the best stuff unsaid.
You get in the car and think, I didn't even mention the biggest thing I've done.
You'll know your best material before you walk in.
Your strongest stories, already found, already measured, ready to use.
You're afraid you'll settle.
One opportunity gets excited about you, you get excited back, and you take it without ever seeing what else was out there.
You won't have to settle.
You'll have so much confidence in what you can do that you go after what you want with real hope, instead of grabbing the first thing that comes.
How you get there
Every other tool starts with your résumé and makes the words sound better. But if you never thought to mention something, it isn't in there. This starts with your stories.
01
The proud moment experience
You pick a project you were proud of and talk about it for ten minutes, the way you'd tell a friend. Then it asks the follow-up questions: how did you actually pull that off, who else was in the room, what would have happened if you hadn't been there.
02
Your experience transcript
Job by job, your proud moments, what you did, and the numbers behind it, in your own words. The patterns and themes that don't show up on a résumé.
03
Your insights
The real skill inside each story, named, with the proof. Do that across your career and the pattern comes out.
And it turns into
- Your top skills, ranked by evidence
- Your work measured the way your next hiring manager counts
- A short list of roles that fit, with the reason each one fits
- Résumé bullets and LinkedIn text built from your own words
- Your story, tight enough to land in an interview
How the six weeks run
Jan 4 · Jan 11 · Jan 18 · Jan 25 · Feb 1 · Feb 8
Mondays, 12:00 to 12:30 pm Central
A 30-minute live check-in
Six Mondays. That's the whole commitment on the calendar.
Between check-ins, you talk to the app
Ten minutes at a time, about work you already did. The easiest homework you will ever get.
You won't get stuck
This process goes deep, on purpose. That's why people quit halfway when they try it alone. You won't be alone.
In their words
Christine helped me identify what I hadn't realized was my niche, which is taking complex concepts and making them simple for various audiences. She saw it. I didn't.
I know and understand my value and I'm not willing to shrink anymore.
Personally, the biggest breakthrough came when Christine (the human, not the agent) helped me realize that I'd been underselling my unique value.
I managed a lot and I didn't know it.
And what you get out is this beautiful insights document. And you read it and you're just like, I am awesome.
I feel much more confident about searching than last week. Christine's Phoenix Formula and tools are the best that I have experienced. … This was the right thing at the right time.
The experience transcript was life-changing for me from a mindset perspective … it helped me find kind of patterns and themes and behaviors that don't necessarily show up in a resume.
In this course, it became clear that I needed to pick a specific path and curate my linkedin to scream my talents. … This was exactly the mindset shift I needed
I've had more success since I changed and I started working with you. Again, personally, I feel my value is higher.
The process with Christine helped me understand that I was undervaluing myself … I realized the areas that really excited me were also the areas I was really good at
I'm really glad that I have new things to say, and that this program has given me an understanding of how to say the things.
I realized just how much I've actually achieved in my colorful, diverse career … Thank you, Christine, for helping me find renewed validation for who I am and what I want to do!
All of this process has really helped me build confidence instead of depleting me along the way.

Christine Reichenbach
I'm a Six Sigma process improvement expert who got laid off at 34 weeks pregnant, made it to six rounds of interviews on half million dollar roles I was fully qualified for, and still didn't land them.
The problem wasn't my qualifications. What I could do was crystal clear to me and completely invisible to them. So my sister Lyn and I took the process apart and rebuilt it.
