Your data, your control

Only the information you give us: your resume, work history, interview responses, proud moments, and the goals you share with your coach. We don’t buy data about you or track you across the web.

Your data is kept in an encrypted database (hosted by Supabase) in the United States (East US, Northern Virginia), and the app runs on Vercel. If you ever want more detail about where your data lives, just ask.

Phoenix uses AI, Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI’s Whisper, to help generate your resume, interview prep, and coaching. Your data is not used to train these AI models. The providers process it only to give you a result, and both confirm this in their own policies (Anthropic, OpenAI).

We review interactions with Phoenix to assess and improve the quality of our coaching and AI agents. We use what we learn to make Phoenix better for everyone, never to build a profile of you, and never shared outside Phoenix.

You can opt out of this anytime from your Manage my data page, and it won’t affect your access to any feature.

You can always:

• See everything we hold about you.
• Download all your data, in a portable format, to take with you.
• Correct anything that’s wrong.
• Delete everything, permanently, whenever you choose.

Your data is walled off from every other client at the database level, sent over encrypted connections, and reachable only through two-factor-protected admin access.
